Hey.
For admission in Manipal's main campus the cut off in 2017 for the General category was a rank of 3244 for IT branch and a rank of 4954 in ECE branch.
Considering your rank, you don't seem to have much chances for your preferred branch in the Main campus if you belong to the General category. You can try for the other campuses though.
