I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but with 130 marks , being from general category you cannot get a seat in any college for BDS be it government or private

This is because,

You have failed to qualify Neet examination as Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is

Category    cutoff percentile       cut off marks

General/ews       50                     720  -  147

UR-PWD            45                       146  -  129

Obc/Sc/st         40                      146  -  113

So , you being a student from general category required at least 147 marks to qualify Neet 2020 and so with 130 marks, you have failed to qualify Neet examination and thus cannot get it admission

With 130 marks, unfortunately you might not get a seat even in private BDS colleges Or even with payments. Sorry. You can consider dropping a year or chasing cure ther stream.
