I got 151 marks in neet and i have hyderabad-karnataka reservation and linguistic reservation. can i manage to get a payment seat ??

With 151, you cannot get a government seat of MBBS or BDS even if you have a hyd-kar qouta.
You have qualified NEET 2019, irrespective of your category hence you can easily get a paid seat ( private seat under management qouta) with your score in any state of your preference.
