I got 13000 rank in obc category . Can i get cs branch. I am from rajasthan

Hey.
For admission in MNIT Jaipur you don't seem to have much chances under the home state quota, considering that your OBC NCL rank is 13000 as per the previous year trends in CSE as the closing rank in 2018 for it was 1666.
At the least you only might have chances for Metallurgical and Materials Engineering under the home state quota only as per the previous year trends. Other that this for admision in MNIT, your chances seem bleak.
