With your mentioned rank you have a slim chance of getting non core branches at the newer NITs ( NIT Arunachal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Delhi etc) with your category rank. And with domicile quota you might get core branches and non core branches at top NITs as well. However you have very low chances of getting IIITs.
