Greetings Piyush!

Analysing previous years cutoffs, it is difficult for you to get admission at 136 in scms pune. However as a lot of colleges are completing their admission process right now and a lot of entrance exams result is being released it can happen that many above rank students opt for other colleges making seats available. Still note that don't depend on it and apply for other colleges as well, because chances in this college are less.
