Hi Saroja,
Hope you are doing well. Yes you can get a seat in Engineering. But your rank is not a decent one. With this rank, you will not be able to get a seat in either top or good engineering colleges. You can get a seat somewhere in some underrated engineering colleges, where admissions is equivalent to not joining engineering at all. Joining some bad engineering colleges is not of any use. There will be no placements, no facilities and so on. So I would suggest you to go for some other career options rather than engineering. But at the end, the choice is yours. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
