No,there are no chances to get a seat in private nor government...Even if your SC/ST there aren't any chances to get a seat.
.
There is a way to get a seat if you have enough bank balance under management quota in private colleges.
.
Go for this way or drop a year, prepare well attend NEET again get a seat in a best college.But don't neglect as you only wanted MBBS as a career option
