At first I was really sceptical about my college, SMBT IMS & RC........and the hostel. But from the first day itself, I ws amazed by the facilities and the infrastructure this college ws having!! The only unusual thing I encountered ws , being a navi mumbaikar I ws used to being around a lot of people and noise! But then I started liking the calmness Nd serenity of this place. Now coming to the hostel part I would like to term it as "5 Star Vanwaas", Bcz of the facilities and food we get here is far from wt my family Nd friends described it would be like! It was really nice. Coming to the faculty.......I got hods lyk dr. Chopde, Dr. Naik, & Dr. Chandak Nd good professors like Nikhil gode sir nd Dr. Sandip Lambe sir. The infrastructure in here is a state of art infrastructure!! The lecture halls , separate labs for dissection, haematology, myology, microbiology, research, histology, etc. The hospital here is huge , Nd from 2nd year onwards we get our postings Nd get used to various aspects of clinics. So on the concluding part I would say if u want a college only for college life, do not join this college. But if u want to be successful and have a balanced college life u must join this college!!

Hi my daughter got 228 in NEET and seeking for paid seat admission for MBBS , Is there any chance ?

Sriya Bose Student Expert 20th Jul, 2019

Admission to medical colleges, govt. or private, can be done only if the candidate has a NEET UG score equal to or more than the admission cut off set by the concerned college.
Please mention the category of the candidate as well as the state she belongs to so that we can provide you with the cut-offs for various private colleges present in the state.

Hie I got 170 marks in neet 2019 can I get admission for bams in smbt I am belong to obc girl category

Shivam bhardwaj Student Expert 18th Jul, 2019
Hello Divyani,
It's almost impossible to get admission in BAMS because in OBC category, you must have 280+ marks according to last year cutoff. As this year paper was little bit easy so there may be chance that cutoff may increase.
I advised you to go for another options.
Hope this will help you.
Good luck

I m from general category my neet marks is 423.Can i get admission in smbt

Anurag Pal Student Expert 17th Jul, 2019

hey dear, seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were confused about their college.Since smbt is a private medical college and it keeps its cutoff generally low ,so with thsi score you definitely have a chance to get admission over there,so stay tuned to the couselling process.

I got 140 In NEET, Can i eligible to join your college for the mbbs course ?

Shareef 17th Jul, 2019
No,there are no chances to get a seat in private nor government...Even if your SC/ST there aren't any chances to get a seat.
There is a way to get a seat if you have enough bank balance under management quota in private colleges.
Go for this way or drop a year, prepare well attend NEET again get a seat in a best college. But don't neglect as you only wanted MBBS as a career option
Thank you all the best
