As we all know that cutoffs of colleges vary every year on the basis of few factors. But, there is only a slight difference so keeping it in mind I guess with 14000 rank under ews category won't give you a seat in any of the top IIITS.

According to your rank, there are even chances for you to get a seat in NITs also.But you might get NITs with branches like chemical engineering, mining or metallurgy.If you prefer branch rather than college , then it is better that you opt for IIITs. i suggest you to go through the following links
