Hello Bhanu,
Yes you can only get private college. You can get PSIT Kanpur, KIET Ghaziabad, NIET Noida, GL Bajaj, KIT Kanpur , BBD Lucknow for your B.Tech. You can also go for Fee waiver seat so that you have not to pay tuition fees for entire B.Tech program.
