You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category it is difficult to get seat with such rank considering 2018 cut off. The cut off was follows for JNTU, Kakinada

Civil:3199
Chemical:6599
CSE:1288
ECE:1826
EEE: 2000
Mechanical:1854
Petroleum: 6907
