It might be a little hard for you to get a seat in CSE stream at Andhra University.

If you get a rank anywhere between 500 to 700 you can get admission into any branch you'd like through counseling.

Though wait till the last stages of counseling you have a possibility of getting a seat CSE in the last stages of counseling.
