Yes, Aman with 1616 rank in WBJEE exam you won't be able to get CSE in Jadavpur college so here you need to make a decision whether you want to go for brand name and stay in Jadvapur with some other branch or go in some other college with CS or IT branch.

I will recommend you to go to other government colleges with CS or IT branch because you are not choosing a brand name between an IIT or NIT. Jadavpur is a good college but studying a non-conventional branch will create problems for you in future.
