Dear Tanmesh, you havent mentioned the State you hold of. But with a rank of 161835, it is highly unlikely that you will get a seat either in Delhi or Haryana. Because Haryana has only 581 seats available for State Counselling and Delhi has very high cut offs. Any score less than 550 in spite of belinging to SC Category, the chances are almost nil.
