For admission in Kalpana Chawala Govt. Medical College, Karnal, Haryana the cut off for the SC category under the State quota in 2017 was a rank of
56,453 and 436 marks. Considering your rank, Category and previous years cut off, you do not seem to have any chance for admission in this institute.

You don't seem to have a chance for a government college under the state quota as you would require a score more than 420 atleast for a seat under the Sc category .
