As you have got 164 marks in NEET exam, yes there are the chances of getting a good medical college if you are from SC, ST Or OBC.But if you are from General category then there very less chances of getting a good medical college with these marks.
As, The minimum qualifying percentile signifies the least percentile required to qualify NEET 2019. Since the percentile depends on the relative performance of all the candidates who have appeared for the exam, the corresponding marks can only be stated after the declaration of NEET result 2019.
