As per the notification of NEET 2019, students from open school or as private schools are not eligible for appearing in NEET exam. The case is however pending in Hon'ble HIgh Court of Delhi, Allahabad through it Lucknow bench and Jabalpur.

As per the official notification of NEET, candidates who are 12th passed from any recognised school are eligible for appearing in NEET. Admission in medical college is on the basis of qualifyin the NEET exam and fulfilling all the eligibility criteria.
Yes, you can get admission in a medical college only after you qualify the NEET exam. It makes no difference that whether you've passed your 12th from a government school or a private one. So need not worry. Just make sure you score well in your 12th.
