In 2017,the cutoff was for ECE was 10793 and cutoffs fall each year,so you might get it in latter rounds.Else you can try for other branches.

The cutoffs, according to previous years, for the ECE branch are around 11K. The general trend that is seen with colleges is of the falling cutoffs over the years. So you can expect to reach your rank in the spot round however which is quiet low. You should not loose hope. I would suggest you to keep some more colleges as a back up. In 2016 the cutoff was 6303.
In 2017 the cutoff was 10793.
These are the previous years cutoffs.
So, there are very less chances to get in ece branch.
But you can try for electrical and electronics engineering.

Yesm you will get ECE in round 2 in DSCE, just not in the main campus. You will get your course in the other two campuses available in Bangalore.
