You have scored very low marks.moreover you are from genral category ,so it bwcomes very difficult for you to get admission even in a private medical college .
I would suggest you, just keep calm and if you really want to phirate career in medical then prepare hain fir the entrance exam.stay focused and dedicated ans magic will happen.you will definitely score much better than what you have scored  right now.
