You have very less chances to get seat there as the rank is too high. Also, please share what all exams you have given apart from IPU?

i had given comedkin which i got 18k rank
and jee main 3.8 lakh

You have less chances to get seat in Govt colleges under Jee but yu can try for state private colleges if you want.
