Frankly your score is very less for any good government college for any good course. I don't want to break your heart but even for good private college also your score must be higher than this. I will suggest you to not lose heart rather start studying again and try to secure higher grades and get a good medical seat. It may feel little disheartening right now but if you want best for yourself, work harder this time and get what you deserve. Good luck!
