i got 190 marks in neet 2019 and AIR 502402, but my kerala state rank is 38666 and it shows i am qualified. will i get mbbs or bds seats .

Hello,
As you mentioned with 190 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible.As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.
Or ypu can go for managemenr quota seats in private colleges but fees will be around 40 lakhs+.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
