With 191 marks in NEET 2025 and BC2 category, it is not possible to get a seat in IGIMS or any government medical college in Bihar .

The cut-off for BC2 category in Bihar is usually around 550 to 600 marks. Your score is much below the required cut-off.

You are eligible for counselling, but chances of getting an MBBS seat in any government college are almost negligible. You can try for private medical colleges or consider other courses like BDS, BAMS, or B.Sc Nursing.

If you aim for a government MBBS seat, you should prepare and try again next year.
