Sorry to say, but your marks of 196 is quite low even for the OBC Category in order to procure a seat in any Govt. Medical College. You can try to see if this score does help you to manage a seat in any Pvt. Medical College which I don't think would have much of a possiblity.
I would suggest you to take 1 year drop and prepare hard enough to get yourself a seat the next year.
