These things depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in that examination, number of vacant seats in the college, previous years cut off, difficulty level of the paper.

As per my knowledge if a student scores 150+ then he would easily get a rank of 1.3-1.4k so as per this in 200 there is high chances for you getting under 100 but as I told it may vary.

If you would get under 100 then definitely you would eligible for the freeship.
