Hi, hope you are doing well, you percentile that is related to your marks(205) is around 90 to 95 percentile. Yes, you can surely get nit or IIIT seats with this good percentile. But I am not sure that you can get IITS. But for IIIT and NITs, you have a great chance of getting them.
