Frankly, 219 is very less for government mbbs college especially for a general candidate. This year we are already seeing this huge rank shuffling in comparison to last year. So it is very less for MBBS. For veterinary there may be some chance which you will get to know during counseling of this course. But I will suggest you to start studying again and try to score better if you want a good government college. Hope for the best.
