When we look into last year cut off for minority (BCE) category in Telangana for BDS colleges (A-category) was around all india rank 1.2 lakhs by the end of mop up round.

So you have almost no chances of getting a BDS seat through A-category in telangana.

You can try for management or NRI quota in private colleges or can apply for admission in deemed/central universities providing BDS degree.
