hello aspirant. your rank in both examinations may get you other streams in b.tech except CSE. AP EAMCET cutoff for SVCE is under 2650th rank and getting CSE stream in SV university requires a rank less than 200 in the university admission test. so there's no chance of getting CSE. all the best.
