You are getting 200+ marks with such low marks you can't get any government mbbs college
Last year cut off was 521 for SC category through aiq and you can think approx for state too
So instead of wasting your time in cousenlling for the college you can study ones again and give the exam next year
Or you can participate in ayush counselling you will surely get private bhms colleges through management quota

And register yourself for me counseling process
Then choose the college and if you selected you will allot the seat and documents will be verify and after that you have to report your college
