Congratulations for getting good rank in JEE mains 2020. If your obc ncl rank is 23000 then sorry to say but you have no any chances of getting admission into any NIT as the cut offs for NITs are generally very high. But if your general rank 23000 then you have some chances in some lower NITs with lower branches.
