Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that according to the previous years cut off rank you can not get a government seat with this rank of 23000 , you can definitely get pharma d seat in some of the private colleges like Aditya institute of pharmacy and science research, armn college and a few more. All these colleges would be private ones.
