Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for mbbs or bds in 240 marks. For getting government mbbs seat you need to score 500 + in state quota and 540+ in all India quota and 490+ in state quota and 520+ in all India quota. This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff.

Although getting government seat for mbbs or bds depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, state, state rank, AIQ rank,etc.

For qualifying in NEET, students must have to score minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category. And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score at least 350 marks in NEET UG.
