Hey dear, seeing last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get govt. Mbbs colleges. So with 245 marks which ever category you belong to,you won't get a govt. Mbbs college for sure. However, for you there may be some chance in bams and bhms if the cutoff falls down.
