You would get Rajabazar Science College under Calcutta University, Goverment College for Engineering at Kalyani and Heritage Institute of technology for your CSE or ECE streams. Though HIT is private you would get much better placements and faculty at HIT rather than Rajabazar Science College or Kalyani College! So my choice is HIT, you now venture and see which is better for you! Good luck!
