Dear candidate though it is very hard to admit that with 253 marks in NEET, it is difficult to quite impossible to get MBBS or BDS seats. But don't loose hope, you can opt for management quota seats, as because in the Maharashtra State considering the past few years cut-offs with 258 marks your chances are least.
