If you are a general rank holder then getting into the above mentioned streams in any of the known government engineering colleges will be difficult for you, ( I think you can try out IT at Jalpaiguri or Kalyani government engineering colleges, you might be fortunate enough in  the 3rd round).However if you opt to study in non-government engineering colleges, you can get chemical Engineering and some other courses as well,same with Heritage. The donations fees may also vary with demand and supply for each year.For Computer & IT it will be slightly higher than other branches.Anyone can't actually predict its exact amount as it totally depends on the people & demand for a seat. The general rule is, better your rank is, lesser you will pay as donation. Your fees varies in general from 3 to 7 lacs depend on branch that you want.
