256 is a very less score. You have no chances to get into a government medical College in MBBS or BDS even if you have a domicile and have applied for a state quota or belong to the reserved categories.

NEET is a National level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Medical Colleges in India. A NEET mark of 256 is not a good score to get admission in good Medical Colleges. You should get more marks. Infact category also matters a lot in getting admission.
