For your rank which is 27k, it is not possible to get in Agriculture, Veterinary or horticulture for reserved candidates as well. Since you have not mentioned your caste I can’t exactly say which colleges will be free for you. All I can say that you have good chances of getting seat in Pharmacy colleges mostly for B.Pharmacy. If you belong to SC/ST or minority then you have very high chances of full fee reimbursement for pharmacy courses in top colleges too. If you belong to any of the BC caste subgroup other than minority then you are eligible for partial reimbursement. All the best
