some top colleges for BBA under IPU CET are:

1. Maharaja Surajmal Institute, Janakpuri
2. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, Rohini
3. Vivekanand Institute of Professional Studies, Pitampura
4. Jagannath International Management School, Vasant Kunj

Judging from past trends (2019,18) of sliding rounds I would say you have a good fighting chance to get admission in all 4 of the above mentioned colleges, as for on spot admission since they depend on:

- first comes first serve

-last minute notice

-availability of seats

so I would not recommend waiting and putting more faith than necessary on those factors but it is very possible for you to get admission through your rank. nevertheless, have good back up plans ready.
