Im sorry to say but when you choose courses like Agriculture or Veterinary, it is always important  choose good reputed colleges for a good future and value for certificate. With the rank which you have mentioned which is 29k and BC-B, you cannot get agriculture in a good reputed college. With that rank in TSEAMCET you have better chances to get admission in good pharmacy colleges. For your rank I will suggest you to do courses where you can get reputed college with good placement facility which is possible for pharmacy and Biotechnology.
