Considering 2019 cut off you may not get seat in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Your category rank must be below 6000 to have decent chances of getting seat. However, you may have chances of getting seat through state counselling. States like Madhya Pradesh, Haryana conduct counselling for admission to Engineering based on JEE Main score. Cut is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.

Considering this is your rank in CRL ,you cannot get top branches in the best NIT's like NIT Trichy,Surathkal,Warangal but you may get branches like mechanical,civil in NIT Rourkela,Durgapur,Patna.You can get thegood branches in north-eastern NIT's and NIT Jamshedpur,Raipur.You may not get CSE in GFTI's but you can get other branches in the GFTI's.
