I am sorry to tell you but there is no chance for you to get a seat even in GIRLS quota.
IIIT Hyderabad has released the cutoff of 2019.
CSE- 574 (Cutoff Rank)
ECE- 941 (Cutoff Rank)
Even if you try through Girls quota, the cutoff will not go that high and you will not be able to get a seat.
