As you have not mentioned your Caste Category, I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. If you are eligible for fees reimbursement you can only get partial fees reimbursement for your AP EAMCET rank and for General Category.

But for your AP EAMCET rank it is difficult to get free Pharm D seat as cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.
