With 31k ranking, it is highly impossible to get a seat in veterinary colleges. According to The last year trends the students having  10k ranking along with reservations got seat in veterinary. So I suggest you to try your luck in another career.

The top agriculture Bsc colleges in Karnataka have a cut-off within  the range of 8k to 16k for general category. So it is difficult to get a seat in Agriculture for your rank.
