I have 40% agri quota and15%rural quota and my category is obc(3a) and my agri rank is 31000 can I get seat in gkvk clg

Hello student. 31,000 rank is a bit high. You have not mentioned any category or quota. But if 31k rank is in general category, then there are lesser chances for you to get the seat in gkvk college. If there is any category or quota, then your chances might improve.
