Basically,  it depends on the other people too.  If they performs well your rank won't make any sense at that time and we cannnot assure that you'll definitely get that college but there are more chances. This year you need to perform well and also the competitors won't occupy your place if you do like the before one.

Previous year NEET marks are not counted for the upcoming admission.
To get admission this year, you have to write NEET this year(2018).
Even if you get the same marks, we can't say that you will get a seat. Because it depends on the rank you get.

Notification for NEET 2018 is not yet announced. Will be mostly in January 2018.
