As per your score getting govt. Mbbs seat is difficult, but you can get admission in deemed university for any course as compared to other courses mbbs is more preferable.

Hope you are doing well . See getting a government medical seat with a score of 343 won't be possible through Telengana state quota counselling despite you having an ST category.

This year the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's and in 2020 the cutoff score for getting a government medical college in Telengana through State quota counselling was 521 with a closing AIR of 69423 for the local category and a score of 535 with a closing AIR of 59328 for the non-local category.

Also for government BDS you atleast needed to score 500+ marks .

However you can try for private and management quota seats if you wish to .
