At  neet score of 345  you have no chances at all india quota seats.
But you can apply for state medical colleges as the state cutoff is less than all india quota states for mbbs seats. as you havenot mention state its hard to predict the colleges.

You can also apply for private colleges and deemed universities as you have good chance at them.
